To place an order by post

Please post your order including payment (plus postage & packing) to: Rosa's Rocks Ltd, Cox's Mill, Dallington, East Sussex TN21 9JG.

Payment

Please make cheques payable to: Rosa's Rocks Ltd. Please ensure your address and card number are written on the reverse of the cheque. Orders paid for by cheque will take 10 days to despatch, to allow time for cheque clearance.

Standard delivery

All items will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please allow 7 working days for standard delivery of in-stock orders.  If you are ordering from abroad please email rm@rosamonckton.com for cost of postage.

Returns

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 14 days. Please return the item unused and in its original packaging. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on engraved or personalised items.

Ring sizing

Please specify ring size on order.

Engraving

For up to three engraved initials, please add £20 to your order. Please allow up to an additional 10 working days for engraving orders.

Packaging

All orders are presented in the Rosa Monckton box and securely packaged and protected for delivery.

Prices

All prices are correct at the time of printing however prices are subject to change without notice. All prices include VAT.
