To place an order by post
Please post your order including payment (plus postage & packing of £6.00) to: Rosa Monckton, Cox's Mill, Dallington, East Sussex TN21 9JG.
Payment
Please make cheques payable to: Rosa Monckton Please ensure your address and card number are written on the reverse of the cheque. Orders paid for by cheque will take 10 days to despatch, to allow time for cheque clearance.
Standard delivery
All items will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please allow 7 working days for standard delivery of in-stock orders. If you are ordering from abroad please email rm@rosamonckton.com for cost of postage.
Returns
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 14 days. Please return the item unused and in its original packaging. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on engraved or personalised items.
Packaging
All orders are presented in the Rosa Monckton box and securely packaged and protected for delivery.
